Repair Service Details:

This service allows you to send your saber back to our location and have it repaired by our A1 Tech Team. We can do repairs for the button, charge port, speaker or any other issue you are experiencing.

Important:

Please email Support@ImperialWorkshop.com before and after purchasing This allows our tech team to fully understand the issue(s) your saber is expirencing and identify what needs to be repaired. Doing so also allows us to determine if you're eligible for a discount. We are able to give a discounted price on smaller repairs (Repairs that do not involve the board of the saber can recieve a discounted price of up to $35).

After purchasing the repair service our team will reach out to you via email to send you a prepaid return label and discuss logistics. (Shipping is calculated at check out).
