Post-Order
Coupons cannot be added after an order is placed. If an order is canceled due to a coupon not being applied, a 5% restocking fee will still be applied.

Warranty
Imperial Workshop 1-Year Warranty Policy
At Imperial Workshop, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.
What’s Covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality of your product.

Electrical issues related to manufacturing defects.
What’s Not Covered:

Fried soundboards caused by high charging voltage.

User-caused damage, including accidental drops, impacts, or mishandling.

Cosmetic damage due to regular wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration.

Broken blades, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Blown-out speakers resulting from setting the audio output too high via programming.
If you experience issues with your product, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you in determining whether your issue is covered under warranty. All claims will be assessed individually.
Return Policy
At Imperial Workshop, we value your satisfaction with your saber purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your item, we have outlined our return policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
Returns
Time Frame
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date.
Condition
Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
Return Process
Contact Us
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Packaging
After receiving your RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging.
Mail Return
Mail your return to the provided address. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Processing Time
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt for the return to be processed.
Credit Card Refunds
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Notification
You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
Cancellation
If an order is canceled or returned, there will be a 5% restocking fee applied to the total amount paid on the order. This fee is non-negotiable even if the cancellation occurs immediately after placement.
