The first thing we recommend doing when your saber is experiencing any issues, is removing the battery for 30 seconds. This will allow the saber to do a hard reset. After doing this please try to charge or turn on the saber. If this does not work or you have any questions please reach out to our support team at support@imperialworkshop.com Please keep your order number and any relevant information regarding your order handy.

Imperial Workshop 1-Year Warranty Policy
At Imperial Workshop, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.

Fried soundboards caused by high charging voltage.
