Owner was a dickhead. He was not patient enough to help program sabers from a Mac as advertised back when purchase was made. And I was threatened after telling him to arrange the Fedex pick up himself without costing me more money. He refused. Hence his defective sabers went into trash. He is not taking accountability for anything other than being a dickhead. Brett Told me I could never purchase anything again from his mistake. Hence Brett equals a total disconnect and a complete dickhead

If you’re reading this, trying to decide if Imperial Workshop is the right choice for your lightsaber purchase, let me help you make the right decision. My entire experience with Imperial Workshop has been wonderful all around. My lightsaber came quickly, it was easy to set up, high quality for the price and came with an array of different preset sound-fonts. I highly recommend getting a saber with the Xeno V3 board or better, the Xeno V3 app makes all the difference. You can customize each sound-font to your liking with tons of customization, ignition styles, idle styles, clash effects, blaster block effects, swing effects, etc. There are 2 fonts that have “secret” exclusive ignitions; the Scavenger and Fallen Apprentice Magenta, I recommend not changing the ignition styles of those because you won’t be able to get them back in the app. I made that mistake, but reached out to support and they sent me the original file so I could restore them on my computer.

I’ve had the Revenant for a few days now and it’s been great! They have a nice weight to them and the lights and sounds are super cool. A couple things that have bothered me are that you’re able to turn the saber on and off with motion which is cool, but can be annoying when stabbing and swinging in certain ways. Another thing is that it needs a specific type of charging block with 5v and 1a and it doesn’t come included, so if you don’t have that you’ll have to buy one. Besides those things I think it’s a cool saber with great quality!

Very fast shipping, I've gotten each saber within a week or so you get what you pay for. My only issue is the fact that all three of the sabers I've ordered, Scavenger v3 Xeno(159.99), Paladin v3(184.99), and the Resistance weathered v3(which was 443.21 after taxes and shipping)all sound pretty good, although they all use the exact same technology core in each saber(not really an issue for me) ,and lights are bright and very nice. But some times they'll turn off at random points, when Live Action Roleplaying, and its happened with each one, they'll completely turn off randomly, I have to hold the power button to turn em on and all. I like that they're all bluetooth and can be customized via the app, but the bluetooth is pretty bad on all of them as they frequently disconnect and dont even bother with trying to upload your own soundfont on the app It'll get to like 50-60% then disconnect...but I do recommend this company if you just want something to swing every now and then, and that'll also be delivered in a timely manner. Dueling also holds up well, I tend to swing a little harder as well, I can say both the paladin and scavenger are pretty good for it, and I will say that even tho they do randomly turn off, when dueling, they didn't at all. Overall 7.8/10. I live in cali btw and received each other within 7-8 days!

Had my lightsaber for a couple of years now. It’s perfect! I was nervous at first to really use it in battle but dang they are durable too. Also the price is much better than any on the market and the quality is great. Would buy another one!

I purchased four Imperial Workshop lightsabers some time ago and still love them. These are some of the best sabers I have owned.

The hilts feel solid, balanced, and well finished. They handle display, spinning, and light dueling with ease. The Neopixel blades are bright and responsive with smooth color changes and strong effects. Sound fonts are rich and the electronics feel reliable.

Each saber has its own character and has held up great with regular use. Customer service was excellent too. If you want cinematic, premium sabers that perform well, Imperial Workshop is an outstanding choice. I am glad I bought them and still get excited every time I power one on. Highly recommended!

A couple years ago I purchased a Zeta Hilt 2.0 and a Revenant Hilt 2.0. The Zeta worked, but the blade needed more set screws to hold it in place because it has wobbled since day 1. The Revenant sound stopped working properly within the first week. It's like the gain was cranked to 1000 and it sounds blown out. Volume adjustment does not work.

Always a great shopping and support experience with IW. I had an issue on a product with a missing part, which potentially was my fault and I thought it was a total long shot that they could help me with the issue. I reached out and they communicated what they needed from me to document the problem. They responded after review and said that it might be a long shot to get a replacement and asked if I wanted them to try anyway. I said, 'yes' and forgot about it... after a while, I got an email out of the blue saying they found the part and completely solved the issue which I honestly forgot about... Oh yea I forgot to do this 5 years ago when I bought my first lightsaber ever from yall. Yea its still works(mostly). Its an oldy(it uses the barrel plug to charge, lol) and a smedge temperamental. But thats to be expected. The only issue i have is the relationship with the button and sound it will turn on with no sound but then if I turn it off then on the sound works again. Also when I push the button sometimes it thinks im trying to do something else. But other then that its still my favorite out of the 5 other lightsabers I have. Imperial Workshop is great! Also the soft ware configuration for the older one is better In my opinion then the newer Imperial Workshop but either one is better the Saberforge and SWA.

It shorts out alot. Cant lightsbaer battle without it freezing and shutting off and reseting. Ive had it for a few years and can only really use it for quick photos or videos. Soundboard has been whacky as well
